................................................................................................................. consider this like a big stack of all my words and haiku that i've left strewn about--- scribbled all over paper napkins, my moleskine notebooks, post-its, twitter, texts, emails, my head, my desk, cafes, papers at the bottom of my purse, my walks-- things tripped over picked up, dropped-- and picked up and held on to along the way--- x c

scribbling poetry on paper napkins— making something of nothing— scribbling words spilling coffee cleaning up my messes scribbling coffee spilling poetry on napkins. i write. leaving traces of haiku on scraps of paper everywhere i go. working with promising writers —in between the lines— captivating them with their own words. never stopping for one second— behind big sunglasses, good coffee gone cold and the hours, the hours where do they— [taking] photos of the seconds in between when you didn't know, because that's when it— life is seen through a different lens with chronic headaches, and at times i'm like, hey...guys, you really should look at this! since my first grade debut stories ‘how to make a peanut butter and tuna fish sandwich’ and ‘i hate saturday morning cartoons’ i’ve had words at my fingertips and now they're at yours---- x c

a poetic soul
a blessing-- or recipe for disaster--
i'm gonna go with both

::chandeliers::on::the::floor::

:: fallen. broken. pieces. catching the light with splendor, subtly, anticipation and defeat. no longer fragile, still shattered, putting pieces together, a moment in the darkness to breath, a whim, the knowing whisper that somehow in time through this gorgeous mess once more your eyes, and mine, our thoughts, will shine :: fallen, shattered, pieces scattered and lost, yet that glimmer in the corner-- that note in your subtext-- and the glow of passion inside remains lost and found and in the dark at times it lends possibility to the shadows and fire to your eyes. and melting laughter ::
